Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren Empfang in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 35 Stunden)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner für die Anliegen unserer Kunden, Geschäftspartner und Lieferanten
  • Organisation des Empfangsbereichs, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen Betrieb zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung und Urlaubsvertretung unserer Leitung Besucherzentrum
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und der zentralen E-Mail-Postfächer
  • Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung unseres Führungskreises, insbesondere des Vertriebs, der kaufm. Leitung und Personalabteilung

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich z.B. als Hotelfachfrau (m/w/d), Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Büromanagement oder Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Tourismus
  • Eine kommunikative und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Engagement, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität mit Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
