Am Standort Bonn/Beuel (PLZ 53229) suchen wir ab sofort einen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Was wir Ihnen als Produktionsmitarbeiter beiten:
  • Arbeitsvertrag mit Option zur direkten Einstellung bei Rheinmetall nach 15 Monaten
  • Über 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr (mit dem Arbeitszeitkonto)
  • Stundenlohn 17,92 €
  • Professionelle Einarbeitung sowie kostenlose Arbeitskleidung & persönliche Schutzausrüstung
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach Tarif sowie eine Prämie von 500 € für Mitarbeiterempfehlungen
  • Ihre Aufgaben als Produktionsmitarbeiter:
  • Verkleben von Komponenten und Bauteilen im Produktionsprozess
  • Auslegen und Positionieren von Keramikplatten nach Vorgabe
  • Bedienung von Heiztischen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Zuschneiden und Bearbeiten von Keramikmaterialien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen und Hilfsmitteln in der Fertigung
  • Ihr Profil als Produktionsmitarbeiter:
  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder langjährige handwerkliche Berufserfahrung
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Schichtbereitschaft (Drei-Schicht-System: 06:00/14:30 | 14:30/23:00 | 22:30/06:00)
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Bereitschaft, ein Führungszeugnis zu beantragen
