  • Die Akzent Personaldienstleistungen GmbH – Niederlassung Gera vermittelt qualifizierte und motivierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) an regionale Industrieunternehmen.
  • Für ein Kundenunternehmen im Raum Hermsdorf (Thüringen) suchen wir ab sofort Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der elektronischen Handmontage im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung..
  • Einsatzort: Hermsdorf (Thüringen)
  • Einsatzart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Start: kurzfristig oder nach Absprache
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Handmontage von elektronischen Bauteilen
  • Durchführung von feinmechanischen Montagearbeiten
  • Löten von Kleinteilen (je nach Erfahrung)
  • Sichtkontrolle und Qualitätsprüfung der gefertigten Produkte
  • Arbeiten nach Arbeitsanweisungen und Vorgaben
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Montage, idealerweise im Elektronikbereich
  • Sehr gute Fingerfertigkeit und Feinmotorik
  • Gutes Sehvermögen (Arbeiten mit kleinen Bauteilen)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Elektronik von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Löten wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Keine bekannten Unverträglichkeiten gegenüber Chemikalien
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Niveau B1
  • Arbeitszeit
