### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie betreuen Ihre Apotheken eigenverantwortlich – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur langfristigen Partnerschaft
  • Sie beraten Apothekenteams fachlich und verkaufsstark zu unserem Portfolio und platzieren Lösungen, die im Alltag funktionieren
  • Sie bauen Ihr Gebiet strategisch aus: Neukunden gewinnen, Potenziale heben, Beziehungen festigen
  • Sie setzen Aktionen am POS um (Sichtwahl, Empfehlungen, Promotions) und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Produkte sichtbar und gefragt sind
  • Sie schulen Apothekenteams – praxisnah, motivierend und mit einem klaren Fokus auf Abverkauf
  • Sie beobachten Markt und Wettbewerb, leiten Chancen ab und bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv ein
  • Sie dokumentieren Ihre Aktivitäten im CRM und behalten Ihre KPIs

### Ihre Stärken - Unsere Voraussetzungen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst, Apothekenumfeld oder HealthCare ist ein Plus – entscheidend ist, dass Sie Lust auf Vertrieb und Beziehungspflege haben
  • Sie kommunizieren klar, hören zu, treten souverän auf und bleiben auch bei Einwänden lösungsorientiert
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, eigenständig und mit spürbarem Drive, Ziele zu erreichen
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft im Gebiet
