In unserer Hauptverwaltung mit Sitz in Dortmund suchen wir für unsere Abteilung "Privatkunden Leben" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Riester-Vertragsverwaltung.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden und Vertriebspartner, sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich, und gewährleisten eine serviceorientierte Betreuung.
  • Sie prüfen Zulagenanträge und bearbeiten Änderungswünsche zu bestehenden Zulagenkriterien.
  • Sie wickeln Kapitalübertragungen ab – sowohl bei Wechseln zu uns als auch von unserem Haus zu anderen Anbietern.
  • Sie bearbeiten Vertragsabläufe im Rahmen von Renten- und Kapitalauszahlungen bei Vertragsende.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie haben idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
  • Sie bringen die Bereitschaft und Auffassungsgabe mit, sich schnell und teilweise selbstständig das notwendige Wissen anzueignen.
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und kommunizieren freundlich und zielorientiert mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig und arbeiten engagiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sie schätzen Teamarbeit und verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit.
