  • Für unseren Kunden mit Sitz in Duisburg suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den schweren Korrosionsschutz.

Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • Langfristige Einsätze mit Übernahmeoption beim Kunden
  • Übertarifliche Bezahlung zzgl. Auslöse und Fahrtkostenzuschuss (je nach Einsatz)
  • Persönliche Betreuung und Einsatzbegleitung durch unser Team
  • Bereitstellung von Arbeitskleidung und Schutzausrüstung

Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Reinigung von Metalloberflächen (z. B. durch Strahlen oder Schleifen)
  • Durchführung von mehrschichtigen Beschichtungen mit hochwirksamen Korrosionsschutzsystemen
  • Anwendung von gängigen Verfahren wie Airless-Spritzen oder Hochdruckreinigung
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen

Das erwarten wir:

  • Erfahrung im schweren Korrosionsschutz, als Maler/Lackierer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Quereinsteiger mit handwerklichem Geschick und Baustellenerfahrung
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Montagebereitschaft (ggf. mit Übernachtung)
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
