DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben im Kundenservice – keine Verkaufs- oder Vertriebsgespräche

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung – du bearbeitest Anfragen schnell und kompetent
  • Recherche und Auskunftserteilung zu individuellen Kundenanliegen
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Social Media Hilfe im Bestellprozess und Unterstützung bei Reklamationen – immer freundlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Nur Inbound-Anrufe – keine Verkaufsgespräche oder unangenehme Vertriebsgespräche

DEIN PROFIL

  • PC-Affinität: Du bist fit im Umgang mit gängigen PC-Programmen und arbeitest gerne strukturiert
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sowie ein gutes Sprachgefühl
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden – egal ob aus dem Verkauf, Restaurant, Hotel oder Büro
  • Engagement, Teamgeist und Motivation: du bist bereit, dich einzubringen und etwas zu bewegen
  • Flexibilität: Du suchst einen Job für einige Monate oder langfristig – beides ist möglich!

Diese langfristige Stelle wird zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung besetzt. Unser Auftraggeber plant die Übernahme im direkten Anschluss daran.
