Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Immobilienmanagement / WEG-Verwalter (m/w/d) am Standort Bonn.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenständige kaufmännische und organisatorische Betreuung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften (WEG)
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Beschlüssen der Eigentümergemeinschaften
  • Koordination von Instandhaltungs-, Reparatur- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und Handwerksunternehmen
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen, Hausgeldabrechnungen und Reports
  • Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Verwaltungsbeiräte und Dienstleister in allen WEG-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung oder im Immobilienmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Wohnungseigentumsrecht (WEG)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungssoftware
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
