Für unseren Kunden in VS-Villingen suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in 3-Schicht

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Sandkernen an Kernschießmaschinen (u. a. Coldbox-Verfahren)
  • Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen der Anlagen sowie Pflege der Kernkästen
  • Entformen, Entgraten, Schlichten und Montage der Kerne
  • Einlegen der Kerne in Sandgussformen und Vorbereitung für den Gießprozess
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
  • Unterstützung in der Handformerei bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zu Mehrarbeit nach Vereinbarung
  • Staplerschein
  • motiviert und engagiert
  • Grund-Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
