ein Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in einer ambulanten Jugendhilfe-Einrichtung für den Einsatz im Landkreis Dresden in Dresden.

30 Stunden wöchentlich

  • Anforderungen:
  • Sie arbeiten in einem Team aus Sozialpädagogen und SozialarbeiterInnen , sowohl im Team, als auch selbständig und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung.

Dazu gehört:

  • Begleitung von Einzelpersonen
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe
  • Begleitete Umgänge
  • Inhaltliche Unterstützung der Qualitätsentwicklung
  • Ggfls. Gruppenangebote
  • Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Hilfeplänen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Zusammenarbeit mit den MitarbeiterInnen der ASD
  • Budgetverwaltung
  • Vernetzung aller Partner
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Sozialpädagoge oder SozialarbeiterIn und idealerweise Erfahrung in der ambulanten Jugendhilfe.
  • Sie sind engagiert und arbeiten ressourcenorientiert und wertschätzend.
