Der Allround-Dienstleister rund um die Immobilie in Gera. Die BTG bietet deutschlandweit von der Planung von Neubau- oder Sanierungsobjekten über die technische & kaufmännische Verwaltung bis hin zum Hausservice alles, was man zur erfolgreichen Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien benötigt.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine/n Mitarbeiter Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung (schriftlich, telefonisch, per Mail) von Mietern und Eigentümern)
  • Wohnungsbesichtigungen
  • Auftragsvergabe/ -überwachung
  • Buchung von Mieteingängen, Rechnungen, etc..
  • allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

geforderte Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • PKW Führerschein wünschenswert
  • bestenfalls Vorkenntnisse in der Immobilienverwaltung
