  • Unsere Küche ist frisch, saisonal, international und auch manchmal regional. Wir produzieren unsere Produkte gerne selbst wie z.B. Pasta, Kuchen, Honig, Pizza, Kaffee etc.
  • Dann kaufen wir gerne bei regionalen Erzeugern ein und wollen auch die Herkunft der Rinder und Co wissen.
  • Unsere Geräte sind auf aktuellem technischen Stand. Wir haben eine Vorbereitungsküche, Kaffee-Rösterei, BBQ Station wie zB. Southbend 800° Grad Steakofen, Magic-Kitchen Grill, Hickory Lokomotive, Wok, Rational SSC und und und. Eine Pizzastation mit allem drum und dran und á la Carte-Küche mit Pastakocher und Griddelplatte etc.
  • Unsere Gäste sind bunt gemischt vom Säugling bis zum Greis ;-) Die Küchenmannschaft umfasst das ganze Jahr um die 15 Männer und Frauen. Unsere Terrasse hat viel Platz und im Innenbereich die Hälfte ca. 200 Pax.

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung zum Koch/Köchin
  • Du bist kreativ, belastbar und Ausdauer zählt zu Deinen Stärken
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem Team
