Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Münster suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Innendienst, der mit Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist die interne wie externe Zusammenarbeit unterstützt.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Teamorientierte Mitarbeit im Concept Center
  • Bearbeitung fallbezogener Anfragen und Kommunikationssicherung mit Konzept-Partnern über das Ticketsystem
  • Aufgabenbezogene Unterstützung aller Geschäftsbereiche der AAS- und AAG-Gruppe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Organisation von Concept-Center-Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Vertriebsveranstaltungen

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Innendienst:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im administrativen Innendienst
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
