Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Standort München-Nord eine/n Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Instandhaltung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung der erforderlichen Qualitätsansprüche
  • Vorbeugende Instandhaltung an den verschiedensten Anlagen
  • Durchführung präventiver Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Reparaturarbeiten in der Mechanik
  • Störungsbehebung bei ungeplanten Maschinenstillständen
  • Analyse von Fehlerursachen und Prozessabweichungen mit nachhaltiger Fehlerbehebung
  • Erarbeitung von wirksamen Abstell- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen mittels SAP und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen
  • Koordination von Fremdfirmen im Rahmen von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriemechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Instandhaltung und Mechanik
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse in der Pneumatik sowie in der Zerspanungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Auffinden und Beheben von Störungen
  • Kenntnisse im CAD (AutoCAD) wünschenswert
  • Spaß am Umgang mit mechanischen Herausforderungen und neuen Technologien
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Ideenreichtum und Kreativität
  • Sorgfältige, systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsverständnis
  • Erweiterte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP) wünschenswert
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und hohe Motivation
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht-System)
