Bei einem unserer namhaften Kunden in Bremen, einem Unternehmen der
IT-Branche, bietet sich diese interessante Perspektive im Rahmen der
Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Deine Aufgaben Betreuung von Anwendern bei
Fragen zur Konfiguration und Nutzung von iPhones, iPads und
iOS-Geräten Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs,
Notebooks und IT-Arbeitsplätzen Durchführung von IMAC-D-Prozessen
(Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) Einrichtung und Austausch von
Multifunktionsdruckern, Etikettendruckern, mobilen Datenterminals,
Barcodescannern sowie weiterer Peripheriegeräte Auslieferung, Aufbau
und Verkabelung von IT-Hardware gemäß Auftragsvorgaben Bearbeitung
von Störungstickets sowie Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und
Softwareproblemen Durchführung von Break-&-Fix-Einsätzen im Rahmen
des Vor-Ort-Supports Unterstützung der Anwender per Remote-Zugriff
und direkt am Arbeitsplatz Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum
Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Gute Kenntnisse
im IT- und Hardware-Umfeld mit einer ausgeprägten
Hands-on-Mentalität Erfahrung im Umgang mit Apple iPhones, iPads und
iOS Technisches Verständnis für Client-Hardware und
Peripheriegeräte Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute
Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Körperliche Fitness für
Aufbau-, Transport- und Installationsarbeiten Gültiger Führerschein
