Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Systemtechniker\*in mit min. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung in Infrastruktur- und Netzwerk-Bereichen (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, Firewall, Switche, Server, Storage, NAS)
Erfahrungen im IT-Support/ServiceDesk sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sind von Vorteil
Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Client- und Server- Betriebssystemen
Erfahrung mit virtualisierten Systemumgebung
Erfahrung mit Standardapplikationen und deren Bereitstellung
Wünschenswert erste Erfahrung mit Cloudsystemen
Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Souveräner Umgang mit Kund\*innen auf Deutsch und Englisch
Bereitschaft zu Kundeneinsätzen vor Ort – im Notfall
Führerschein Klasse B
