Die Karcher AG aus Birkenfeld wurde 1968 gegründet und ist Hersteller sowie Distributor und Partner namhafter internationaler Unternehmen in den Produktbereichen Unterhaltungselektronik, Haushaltswaren und Fahrzeuge. Etwa 120 Mitarbeiter an den Standorten Birkenfeld und Pforzheim-Büchenbronn arbeiten täglich an neuen Produkten, deren Einkauf und Versand, sowie geeigneten Service- und Vermarktungskonzepten für verschiedene Vertriebskanäle.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserem Standort Birkenfeld-Gräfenhausen suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen:

Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Kundenservice für E-Commerce

Stellenbeschreibung

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens und erster Ansprechpartner für die Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Mail, auf den Marktplätzen und am Telefon
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenabteilungen
  • Erstellen von Gutschriften

Sie bringen mit:

  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
  • Wünschenswert ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Der Kontakt mit den Kunden und das Lösen ihrer Probleme bereitet Ihnen große Freude
  • Belastbare, strukturierte, selbständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
