Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Mess-, Prüf- und Untersuchungsaufgaben an Produkten gemäß Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und internen Vorgaben inkl. Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Auswertung der Mess- und Prüfergebnisse sowie Freigabe oder Sperrung von Teilen und Produktion bei Abweichungen
  • Sicherstellung einer schnellen und strukturierten Kommunikation bei Qualitätsabweichungen gemäß Eskalationsmatrix
  • Bedienung, Kalibrierung und einfache Störungsbeseitigung von Messmaschinen sowie ordnungsgemäßer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Übernahme von Bauteilen aus der Produktion in den Messraum, Einbuchung von Lieferungen ins Warenwirtschaftssystem und Teilnahme an Schulungen zu neuen Messaufgaben und Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Restschmutzprüfungen sowie des Prüfmittelbeauftragten (Organisation, Pflege und Überwachung der Prüfmittel)

Deine Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Qualitätssicherung, Messtechnik oder Fertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Qualitätsanforderungen in der Automobilindustrie, insbesondere nach IATF 16949
  • Sicheres Lesen und Anwenden technischer Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen sowie Messprotokollen
  • Erfahrung in der Messtechnik sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Fähigkeit zur Auswertung, Interpretation und Beurteilung von Messergebnissen
  • Kenntnisse in der Serienfertigung, insbesondere in Zerspanungs- und Montageprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen
