Für unsere Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle (NSL) suchen wir zuverlässige Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Leitstellenbetrieb. Die Tätigkeit ist überwiegend sitzend und strukturiert und daher besonders für Menschen mit Behinderung sowie Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Alarmmeldungen (z. B. Einbruch-, Brand- oder Störmeldungen)
  • Überwachung von Sicherheitssystemen und Leitstellentechnik
  • Telefonische Alarmvorprüfung nach festgelegten Abläufen
  • Einleitung von Maßnahmen gemäß Alarmplan
  • Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im System
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Interventionskräften und Behörden

Ihr Profil:

  • Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten am Telefon
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sachkunde nach § 34a GewO oder Unterrichtung wünschenswert (kann ggf. nachgeholt werden)

  • Arbeitsplatz ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet (barrierefreier Zugang vorausgesetzt)

  • Klare Strukturen und feste Abläufe erleichtern die Einarbeitung
