Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) NSL (Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung von Alarm- und Sicherheitssystemen
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Notrufen und Störmeldungen
  • Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen (Intervention, Polizei, Feuerwehr etc.)
  • Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im System
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Einsatzkräften

Ihr Profil:

  • Führungszeugnis ohne relevante Einträge
  • Schufa-Auskunft (einfache Miet-Schufa ausreichend)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Sicherheitsbereich oder in der Leitstelle
  • Bewacher-ID von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Stressresistenz

  • Stundenlohn ab 20,00 € (Einstieg, je nach Qualifikation steigerbar)
  • 30 Tage Jahresurlaub
