  • Wohnheim und Förderstätte für mehrfachbehinderte, blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen

Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Einrichtung der Behindertenhilfe und betreuen in Wilgartswiesen 18 mehrfachbehinderte Menschen. In Abstimmung mit dem Ministerium für Soziales haben wir ein Konzept für das Wohnen und die Tagesstruktur unserer 18 Bewohner/innen entwickelt, welches jeweils sechs Menschen in einer familienähnlichen Struktur eine bestmögliche Lebenssituation ermöglichen soll.

Jede Wohngruppe mit jeweils 6 Bewohnern wird pro Schicht von mindestens 2 Personen betreut.

Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit in Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder auf 603 € Basis.

Wir suchen eine Fachkraft (w/m/d) in der Eingliederungshilfe

  • mind. 3-jährige pädagogische oder pflegerische Ausbildung
  • (z.B. Erzieher/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder Krankenpfleger/in)
  • Eigeninitiative, Kooperationsbereitschaft, Empathie
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (wünschenswert)
