  • ggf. im späteren Verlauf Betreuung der Auszubildenden
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalsachbearbeitung
  • Erfahrung in DATEV (Modul Lohn und Gehalt)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Motivation
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln auch in Stresssituationen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und IT-Affinität
