Feine Kuchen sind unsere Leidenschaft und unser Antrieb. Dafür geben wir bei der Conditess Feine Kuchen GmbH seit über 40 Jahren jeden Tag unser Bestes. Für unseren Betrieb in Haselünne im Emsland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

  • Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Qualitätsmanagement 
  • Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 2 Jahre zur Elternzeitvertretung.

Deine Aufgaben 

  • Pflege des QM-Handbuchs und der QM-Dokumentation
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Produktspezifikationen und Deklarationen
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen
  • Auswertung von Qualitätsdaten und Statistiken
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards wie IFS, Fairtrade, RSPO
  • Durchführung von Audits, Schulungen und Betriebsbegehungen
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Projektarbeit (z. B. Allergenmanagement, Digitalisierung)

Dein Profil 

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes relevantes Studium wie Oecotrophologie, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwirtschaft
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder Praktika im Qualitätsmanagement in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Grundkenntnisse in Qualitätssicherungs- und Zertifizierungssystemen, insbesondere IFS
  • Gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
