## Das erwartet Dich

  • Buchungen im IT System
  • Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Fehlern (SOE Fehl- und Falschteilen)
  • Abarbeitung der abgestellten Klärfälle auf X-Platz
  • Abarbeitung von Rücklieferungen und Meldungen bei Abweichungen
  • Bestandskontrollen SAP
  • Bearbeitung Ticket-System
  • Dokumentation von Fehlern mit Rückmeldung an den Kunden (Ticket System) oder zuständige Bereiche
  • Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bei Rückfragen von Klärungsfällen (Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings)
  • Support bei Inventuren

## Das bringst Du mit

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres Auftreten insbesondere in der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden
  • Erweiterte IT Anwender-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook OTRS, HELAS, LSS, SAP)
  • Übung im Umgang mit Gabelstaplern und eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und teilweise Mehr- und Samstagsarbeit
