Als Mitarbeiter*in Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d) stellst du sicher, dass unsere Fitnessgeräte höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Mit deinem Blick für Details überprüfst du Produkte, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt andere Abteilungen beratend.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen unserer Fitnessgeräte
  • Analyse von Produkt- und Fertigungsproblemen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Qualitätsprozesse
  • Mitwirkung interner Audits zur Überprüfung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse
  • Beratung anderer Abteilungen in qualitätsrelevanten Fragen und Prozessen
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, alternativ ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
