Wir, die MS QF GmbH, sind Entwickler von Software für integrierte Managementsysteme. Mit unseren Produkten erleichtern wir unseren Kunden die Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung von Zertifizierungen sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben der Kunden.

Unsere Kunden erstellen und ändern Ihre Dokumente mit Hilfe der gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, die revisionssichere Verwaltung erfolgt mit Hilfe einer SQL-Datenbank.

Wir möchten unser kleines schlagkräftiges Team erweitern und unser Wachstum fortsetzen, deshalb suchen wir:

Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) Software Customizing - Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für die Kundenbetreuung - in Vollzeit

Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen unserem Kunden und unserer Softwareabteilung, Sie präsentieren unsere Softwarelösungen bei Interessenten, schulen unsere Kunden bei Bedarf und halten den Kontakt zu Kunden und Interessenten.

Für diese Aufgabe benötigen Sie:

  • die Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und Interessenten
  • Wissen/Anwendung in Qualitätsmanagement
  • sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse mit SQL-Datenbanken
  • Englisch mindestens auf Niveaustufe B1
