Chain ! Ihre Aufgaben Bearbeitung und Überwachung von
Kundenaufträgen innerhalb der SAP-Systeme für sämtliche
Exportwarenströme Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen Transportplanung
und -management Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Transport- und
Exportdokumenten Abstimmung mit den produzierenden Standorten
hinsichtlich der termingerechten Warenbereitstellung
Kundenkommunikation und Schnittstellenmanagement Reporting und
Kennzahlenanalyse Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
Erstellung von Gut- und Lastschriften Pflege und Aktualisierung der
Material- und Kundenstammdaten Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes
Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management , Export , Logistik oder
Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d),
Exportsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) oder ähnlicher Abschluss Berufserfahrung
in der Exportabwicklung , Supply Chain Management und Kundenbetreuung
/ Customer Service Positive Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung zwingend
notwendig Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
Schrift (mind. C1) Anwendungssichere MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse
Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie
Koordinationsstärke Das bietet Ihnen Permacon Stundenlohn ab 30,00
EUR (je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation) 37,5 Stunde/Woche
