### Teamleiter (Druck und Papier) (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

  • Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Arbeitssicherheit
  • Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Überwachen von Prozessen und Vorgaben
  • -

Planung und Durchführung von Rüst-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen 

Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Störungen

Einhaltung von Sicherheits,- und Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

Bei Engpässen: Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Drucktechnik, Papierverarbeitung, Industriemechanik oder vergleichbar
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Motivation zum Arbeiten im Team und Flexibilität
  • Kenntnisse der gängigen PC-Programme
