Hotline-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit IT-Kenntnissen und Automatisierungserfahrung gesucht

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Störungsmeldungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
  • Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-bezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung und Überwachung von automatisierten Anlagen und Systemen
  • Dokumentation von Anfragen, Lösungen und Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Support-Prozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Hotline- oder Service-Desk-Bereich
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (z. B. Netzwerke, Betriebssysteme, Standardsoftware)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
