Wir sind ein Großhandel für Lebensmittel, der seit vielen Jahren unsere Kunden im Norden mit unserer hohen Qualität und flexiblem Sortiment beliefert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort ein Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren telefonischen Kundenservice für unseren Standort in Norderstedt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufnahme von täglichen Bestellungen unserer Kunden
  • Klärung von Kundenanliegen und Beantwortung und Bearbeitung der Anfragen
  • Auskünfte erteilen
  • Dokumentation der Kundenanliegen
  • klassische Korrespondenz

Unsere Voraussetzungen:

  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice bzw. in der Telefonie
  • freundlicher und professioneller Umgang mit unseren Kunden
  • Buchhaltungskenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Türkischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung
