Deine Aufgaben...
Koordination der Bestellungen für unsere Fachgeschäfte
Erstellung von Produktionslisten für unsere Backstube
Datenpflege in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
Verlässliche Schnittstelle zwischen Backstube, Versand/Logistik und Verkauf
Allgemeines Büromanagement

Das bringst du mit...
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Kauffrau/-mann im Büromanagement) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Verkaufsinnendienst, Backoffice, Kundenservice oder in der Auftragsbearbeitung
sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
Organisationsgeschick
selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Bereichen und Ansprechpartnern
