Deine Aufgaben:

  • Disposition und Abwicklung des nationalen und internationalen Versands
  • Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten (z. B. Lieferscheine, Frachtpapiere)
  • Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Transportdienstleistern und Kunden
  • Terminüberwachung und Koordination der Warenausgänge
  • Pflege der Versanddaten im ERP-System

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung z. B. als Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Versand/Disposition
  • Kenntnisse in der Export- und Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Dynamics 365)
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
