  • Du denkst bereichsübergreifend, erkennst Zusammenhänge und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Du bist bist kommunikativ, hilfsbereit, und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoftanwendungen und kennst idealerweise bereits Mercedes-Benz spezifischen Programme wie zum Beispiel TwoSales oder OTR.
  • DIESE TäTIGKEITEN WARTEN AUF DICH:
  • Du unterstützt unsere Verkäufer\*innen von Fahrzeugbestellung bis zur -auslieferung und sorgst so dafür, dass alle Kund\*innen mit einem Lächeln in ihrem neuen Mercedes-Benz vom Hof fahren.
  • Du begleitest die Prozesse, wie zum Beispiel Fahrzeugzulassungen, rund um den Fahrzeugverkauf und pflegst wichtige Kunden- sowie Fahrzeugdaten.
  • Du sorgst im Hintergrund für eine reibungslose Kommunikation und optimale Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen beteiligten Unternehmensbereichen.
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Unternehmen und externen Dienstleistern, Banken, Mercedes-Benz und unseren Kund\*innen, an der alle Fäden zusammenlaufen.
  • Du übernimmst die Fakturierung von Fahrzeugrechnungen und -ankäufen.
