Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsinnendienst

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Bearbeitung und Betreuung von Kundenanfragen telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System
  • Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Koordination von Terminen, Follow-ups und internen Prozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
  • Erstellung einfacher Reports und Auswertungen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und idealerweise CRM-Systemen
  • Engagement, Motivation und Freude am Kundenkontakt
