# Wir bieten ab sofort eine Stelle als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst - technische Kunststoffe an.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie beraten unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich zu technischen Kunststoffen

Sie prüfen Kundenanfragen und die dazugehörigen Zeichnungen auf ihre Vollständigkeit

Sie bearbeiten eigenverantwortlich alle Vorgänge, von der Angebotserstellung bis zu den

Aufträgen und Reklamationen

Sie akquirieren Bedarfe bei Bestands- und potenziellen Kunden

Sie stimmen sich eng mit unserer Fertigung und unseren Lieferanten zu Materialien und

Lieferterminen ab.

## Sie kennen sich mit technischen Kunststoffen aus und haben Freunde daran, Kunden fachlich zu beraten? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Vertriebsteams.

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im technischen

Vertrieb oder in der Kunststoffbranche

technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Kunststoffen, Halbzeugen und technischen Bauteilen

sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und die Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen schnell

zu erfassen

ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Beratung

selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
