Wir suchen daher zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Vollstreckung

für unser Service-Center in Leipzig (Vollzeit, 36 Stunden)

Ihre Aufgaben

Komplette Bearbeitung aller Vollstreckungsfälle

Erstellung der Vollstreckungsaufträge und Pfändungen

Abschluss von Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen

Komplette Bearbeitung aller Insolvenzfälle

Schadensersatzansprüche gegen Firmenverantwortliche

Anlage der Listenkonten und Niederschlagung von Forderungen

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossenes Jurastudium, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Sozialversicherungsfachangestellten (m/w/d), zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung im Ressort Vollstreckung/Insolvenz

Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten besonders auch in Konfliktsituationen

Wir bieten

36-Stunden-Woche / optional 4-Tage-Woche
