Verantwortlichkeit in den Bereichen:

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenkontakten
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Einstellen von Werksaufträgen ins ERP-System
  • Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Angebotsverfolgung
  • Bestände aktualisieren
  • Vertragsprüfungen
  • Terminkontrollen
  • Exportabwicklungen
  • Erstellung von Lieferpapieren
  • Entnahmen verbuchen
  • telefonische Rücksprachen und Informationen an Kunden
  • Ermittlung und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen und gesetzlicher sowie behördlicher Anforderungen in Bezug auf das Produkt
  • Transportabwicklung
  • Leergut- und Transportbehältermanagement
  • Sekretariatsarbeit/Telefonzentrale

Anforderung an die Bewerber/innen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office
