So kann Ihr zukünftiger Arbeitsalltag aussehen:

  • Dokumentation von Änderungen an Materialien, Zeichnungen und Maßvorgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsunterlagen für die Fertigung (z. B. NCRs, Shopfloor-Boards, Erstmusterprüfberichte, Prüfdokumentationen)
  • Laufende Pflege und Kontrolle von Prüfprotokollen sowie Qualitätsaufzeichnungen
  • Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen an internen Bauteilen und Lieferantenteilen
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung von Fertigungs- und Montagevorgaben direkt in der Produktion
  • Erstellung von Kalibrierungsprotokollen sowie eigenständige Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messmitteln

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln (z. B. Messschieber, Mikrometer, Lehren)
  • Erfahrung im Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Dokumentation von Qualitätsdaten und im Umgang mit Prüfprotokollen
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein gutes Auge für Details
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Technik
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit von Montag bis Freitag
