Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manuelle Montage von Rollen und zugehörigen Einzelkomponenten an der Werkbank unter Verwendung verschiedener Handwerkzeuge
  • Durchführung von Montagearbeiten nach vorgegebenen Arbeits- bzw. Fertigungsanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während der laufenden Produktion unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Ausführung von Montageaufträgen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und Montageprozessen
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit gemäß 5S-Standards sowie Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung wie z. B. zum Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Alternativ Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Affinität zur Montage, praktischer Veranlagung und Interesse an technischen Tätigkeiten
  • Erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Montage, Produktion oder im handwerklichen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine sorgfältige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine engagierte Arbeitseinstellung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System
