## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Systemseitige Prüfung, Freigabe und Verarbeitung von Warenanlieferungen inklusive Rechnungsprüfung
  • Erfassung und Überwachung von Bestellungen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft der Materialwirtschaft
  • Unterstützung bei der Stammdatenpflege (Artikel, Kunden, Lieferanten)
  • Unterstützung bei Analysen und Auswertungen

## Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. Büroerfahrung
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in Einkauf und Wareneingang von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
