Als Mitarbeiter Mechanischer Musterbau (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für die Unterstützung bei der Erstauslegung und Inbetriebnahme diverser Boden- und Fluggeräte.

Ihre weiteren Aufgaben:

  • Mechanische Herstellung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen (z.B. Drehen, Fräsen, Drucken)
  • Erprobung von Prototypen, Erkennung von Funktionsproblemen und Durchführung von Anpassungen
  • Aufbau von Prüfständen für Erstversuche und Nachweisführung
  • Konzipierung und Konstruktion von Musterteile für fliegendes und Bodengerät
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Mechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Versierter Umgang mit konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Sicheres Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Konstruktion und CAD
  • Enger Austausch mit der Konstruktion, Geräteentwicklung, Serienbetreuung und der Serienfertigung
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Schnelles Handeln bei ungeplanten Änderungen im Entwicklungsprozess
