Für unser Verwaltungsteam in Bremen suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Betriebe auf Norderney und an der Küste.

Und ja: Obwohl es um Zahlen geht, suchen wir ausdrücklich keinen Menschen, der nur mit Excel spricht. Bei uns wird viel gelacht, geschnackt und gemeinsam angepackt. Deshalb freuen wir uns auf jemanden, der fachlich sicher ist und menschlich genauso gut ins Team passt.

Das machst du bei uns

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei allen Themen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Lust auf ein kleines Team mit lockerer Atmosphäre
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
