Wir fertigen hochwertige pneumatische Baugruppen und suchen Verstärkung für unsere saubere Produktion in Norderstedt.

1\. Der „AV-Allrounder“ Du bist der Fels in der Brandung zwischen Büro und Werkstatt.

Du montierst komplexe pneumatische Baugruppen nach Plan.

Du übernimmst kleine Aufgaben in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AV) am PC (EDV).

Du sorgst dafür, dass die Materialflüsse stimmen und die Dokumentation sitzt.

2\. Der „Montage-Helfer“

Du packst gerne an und bist handwerklich geschickt.

Du montierst Baugruppen nach klaren Arbeitsanweisungen.

Du unterstützt das Team bei einfachen handwerklichen Tätigkeiten (z. B. mal ein Loch nachbohren).

Keine schwere körperliche Belastung, keine spanabhebende Fertigung im großen Stil.

Das bringst du mit:

Fingerspitzengefühl: Du hast Spaß an der Montage von Kleinteilen.

Verlässlichkeit: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft und genau nach Anweisung.

Handwerkliches Geschick: „Zwei linke Hände“ gibt es bei dir nicht.

Für die AV-Stelle: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem PC (EDV-Grundkenntnisse).

Sprache: Du verstehst Arbeitsanweisungen auf Deutsch problemlos.

Feste Arbeitszeiten: Keine Schichtarbeit, kein Wochenend-Chaos. Du weißt immer, wann du Feierabend hast.
