Aufgaben

  • Baugruppenmontage von mechanischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Komponenten für Gleisbaumaschinen und -werkzeuge
  • Fachgerechtes Verlegen und Anschließen von Hydraulikleitungen und Pneumatikkomponenten
  • Eigenständige Ausführung von Arbeiten nach Zeichnung unterstützt von technischen und technologischen Unterlagen
  • Ausführung allgemeiner maschinenbaulicher Tätigkeiten wie Bohren, Sägen, Schleifen etc.
  • Eigenständige Qualitäts- und Maßüberprüfung der ausgeführten Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung zur Einhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und Gewährleisten der Arbeitssicherheit

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene fachspezifische, technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau
  • Sie beherrschen die grundlegenden maschinenbaulichen Fertigungstechniken wie Bohren, Trennen, Schleifen… und speziell Montieren
  • Sie sind sicher um Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Eine analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Bewusstsein zur Erfüllung der technischen und qualitativen Ansprüche
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und teamfähig
  • Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift
