Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Nachlassbearbeitung – Bankenwesen

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Nachlassfällen im Bankgeschäft
  • Prüfung von Erbnachweisen wie Erbscheinen und Testamenten
  • Korrespondenz mit Erben, Notaren, Rechtsanwälten und Nachlassgerichten
  • Abwicklung von Kontenauflösungen und Auszahlung von Guthaben
  • Meldungen an das Finanzamt gemäß Erbschaftsteuergesetz

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Nachlassbearbeitung oder einer rechtlichen Bankabteilung
  • Kenntnisse im Erbrecht und bankpraktischen Regelungen
  • Empathische, diskrete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
