Deine Mission:

  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung nationaler sowie internationaler Produktzertifizierungen
  • Abstimmung mit Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstellen sowie internen Fachbereichen
  • Überwachung von Zertifikaten, Fristen und Verlängerungen
  • Analyse von Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Anforderungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Pflege von Normen-, Zertifikats- und Compliance-Dokumentationen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen
  • Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Zertifizierbarkeit neuer Produkte
  • Eigenständige Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Zulassungsthemen

Dein Talent:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Techniker), technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Normen, Produktzertifizierung und regulatorischen Themen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Produktzertifizierung, Normung, Zulassung oder Product Compliance
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-/PDM- und CAD-Systemen wünschenswert
