Unser Team am Standort Frankfurt am Main sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

## Mitarbeiter Organisationsentwicklung (m/w/d)

Diese Tätigkeiten erwarten Sie

  • Erstellung von Analysen der Geschäftsprozesse, der organisatorischen und der gesellschaftsrechtlichen Struktur einschl. Verbesserungsvorschlägen und Reporting an den Bezirksgeschäftsführer
  • Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Strukturen und Prozesse
  • Temporäre Übernahme von Leitungsaufgaben in einzelnen Geschäftsbereichen

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Eine geeignete Ausbildung und möglichst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung oder in der Leitung von Organisationseinheiten
  • Analytische Denkweise, ein ausgeprägtes Urteilsvermögen sowie die Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Eigenständiges, analytisches und strukturiertes Vorgehen mit einer ausgeprägten Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen (u.a. MS-Office-Anwendungen)

  • Einen sinnstiftenden und unbefristeten Arbeitsplatz in Vollzeit (38,50 Stunden/Woche)
