Mitarbeiter Personal (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Bremerhaven
  • Rahmenbedingungen: Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, befristet bis zum 31.01.2028 und in Vollzeit - Die Stelle ist grundsätzlich teilzeitgeeignet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Aufgaben im Bewerbungsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Recruiting- und Social-Media-Kampagnen
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Begleitung von Schul- und Ausbildungsmessen sowie Berufsorientierungstagen
  • Mitarbeit bei Maßnahmen und Projekten der Personalentwicklung
  • Übernahme vielfältiger organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Personalbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich wünschenswert
  • Interesse an Social Media und aktuellen Trends
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Mitarbeit in abwechslungsreichen Projekten im Personalbereich
