Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manuelles Entformen, Reinigen und Trennen von Gießformen an einer automatisierten Gießbandanlage im Bereich Kunststoff- und PU-Verarbeitung
  • Durchführung von manuellen Produktionstätigkeiten nach vorgegebenen Arbeits- bzw. Fertigungsanweisungen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen während des laufenden Produktionsprozesses unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktions-, Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit gemäß 5S-Standards sowie Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften am Arbeitsplatz

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, wie z.B. Chemikant, Chemielaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit Interesse an der Kunststoff- oder PU-Verarbeitung sowie technischem Verständnis und praktischem Geschick
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Kunststoffverarbeitung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick sowie eine sorgfältige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine engagierte Arbeitseinstellung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
