Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Eskalationen bei Problemen
  • Kenntnisse in SAP und Excel
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Fertigungsaufträgen für optische Baugruppen
  • Begleitung und Überwachung der Fertigungsaufträge während des gesamten Bearbeitungsprozesses
  • Proaktive Identifikation und Beseitigung von Störungen und Hindernissen zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und termingerechten Fertigstellung
  • Überwachung von Lagerbeständen und Planaufträgen sowie bedarfsgerechte Einsteuerung neuer Aufträge zur Vermeidung von Engpässen und zum Ausgleich von Kapazitätsschwankungen
  • Initiierung und Umsetzung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in den Fertigungsprozessen
  • Systematische Eskalation wiederkehrender Probleme und Initiierung nachhaltiger Lösungsmaßnahmen
